Common Questions
Dusting all reachable surfaces, vacuuming and mopping all floors, full bathroom sanitization (toilet, tub/shower, sink, mirror, fixtures), kitchen wipe-down (counters, exterior of appliances, sink, stovetop), trash removal, and a general tidy.
We don't move heavy furniture or scrub interior cabinets/oven/fridge during a Standard Clean — those are available as add-ons or part of a Deep Clean.
A Standard Clean is for homes that are already on a regular cleaning schedule — surfaces, floors, kitchens, bathrooms.
A Deep Clean goes further: baseboards, door frames, light fixtures, vents, inside cabinets/drawers, behind reachable furniture, detailed bathroom scrub (grout, soap scum, hard water), and detailed kitchen work (cabinet fronts, appliance exteriors). We recommend Deep Clean for first-time customers, post-illness, or homes that haven't been professionally cleaned in 3+ months.
No — most of our customers aren't. You can leave a key, give us a garage code, or set up a smart-lock code. We'll lock up when we leave.
If you'd rather be there, that's totally fine too. Whatever's most comfortable for you.
We love pets and they're welcome to be home during the cleaning. Just let us know in your quote notes what to expect (friendly, shy, needs to stay in a specific room, etc.) and any access info we need.
If your pet should be confined or away during the visit for safety reasons, we'll respect whatever arrangement you want.
Yes — we bring everything we need: vacuums, mops, microfiber cloths, and professional-grade cleaning products. No need for you to provide anything.
If you'd prefer we use specific products you already have (eco-friendly, fragrance-free, etc.), just let us know in your quote notes and we'll use yours instead at no extra charge.
We accept Venmo, Zelle, cash, and check. Payment is due the day of service.
For recurring customers, we can also set up automatic billing if you prefer the convenience.
Life happens — please give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule and there's no fee. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment are charged a $50 fee to cover the lost slot.
If we can't access the home when we arrive (lock issue, no one answers, code doesn't work), that counts as a same-day cancellation.
Tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back to fix whatever wasn't right — no charge, no questions. Your satisfaction is the whole point. That's the pack promise.
For Standard Cleans, we usually have availability within 3-5 days. Deep Cleans and Post-Construction jobs may need 1-2 weeks of lead time depending on the season.
